TERMS & CONDITIONS

PAYMENT

A non-refundable deposit of £100 must be sent with the completed booking form. The balance is due eight weeks prior to your arrival. Upon receipt of deposit and completed booking form, confirmation of your booking will be sent, together with an invoice detailing the amount outstanding, the breakage deposit and the date by which they must be paid.

If we fail to receive the balance in full and on time, we will assume that you have cancelled the booking with the deposit forfeited.

Payment can be made by cheque or, if you prefer, by bank transfer, please contact us for the bank details.

Should you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to re-let the property, in the event that we are successful, we will refund your money, minus any costs incurred by us.

ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY/CONTENTS

A separate cheque for £100 will be required at the same time as the final balance payment. This will be held against any damage to the property or its contents. This will also include any possible additional cleaning services should the property be left in an unacceptable condition. In the unlikely event of any charge being made, we will agree this with you before your departure. We would be grateful if you could report any such damage to us as soon as possible so that we can make arrangements to rectify any problems.

GENERAL BOOKING CONDITIONS

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with any aspect of your holiday, please let us know so that we can try to put things right for you.

We will be on site on your arrival, to hand over the keys to your property and to show you around. Arrival can be any time from 1600 hours, please let us know if you anticipate being very late. Where possible we will try to be flexible and welcome you earlier than this. Please contact us by telephone the day before and we will see what we can do.

Please note that the property must be vacated by 10.00 am on your departure day. We would appreciate you cooperation with this in order that we may prepare for the incoming guests.

It is the responsibility of the parents of children to ensure that they are properly supervised, particularly in the garden and paddock area, at all times.

It is a condition of acceptance that all guests have adequate personal and cancellation insurance. All personal belongings and baggage are at your own risk at all times.

The accommodation provided must only be used by the person shown on the booking form and their party. Under no circumstances may the number of people exceed the maximum stated occupancy.
